I'm thrilled to be performing again with Passamezzo and the Association Mogador Chant et Musique Soufie in a series of concerts to be performed in London, Essaouira and Marrakech. The programme consists of music, song, dance and food from 17th Century England and Morocco.
The London concert will take place at St. Mark's Church, St. Mark's Square, NW1 7TN on Monday 20th February at 7.30pm. Tickets are £15 (£10 concessions) at the door or from 07980 516054. More details on the venue here.
I'm delighted to announce that my article She's Lost Control is in the Summer Solstice edition of Abraxas, the independent journal of esoteric essays, poetry and art produced by Fulgur Press.
I've been spending a good few months travelling in rural France (with a bit of Italy thrown in for good measure), savouring the local cuisine, improving my French and losing a dress size by cycling everywhere! The peace and quiet have afforded me the time to edit a PhD thesis (not mine) to MRHA style guide standards, and to write 100,000 words of my first novel. Getting there.
